If you do send Submissions:

• They will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary,
• You grant Drivesanity a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, or commercialize those Submissions however we see fit,
• You acknowledge we may have already developed or are developing similar ideas internally, and you waive any right to claim ownership or credit.

Bottom line: Sending us ideas means you give up any legal claim to them.

4. No Warranty – Services Provided “As Is”

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose,
• Merchantability,
• Non-infringement,
• Reliability, uptime, or accuracy.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Drivesanity and its team will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business,
• Any claim related to your use (or inability to use) the Services.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to Drivesanity in the past 12 months (if anything at all).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drivesanity and its employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal disputes resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services,
• Violation of these Terms,
• Violation of any third-party rights.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Any legal action will take place in the courts located in California, United States, and you agree to their exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. If you continue using the Services after changes are posted, you accept the new Terms.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, especially if you breach these Terms or misuse our Services.
